Fitness For All focuses on teaching adults to work out safely through functional fitness. Our class size is small so we can interact with each person and help them to achieve their personal goals. Classes are done at your own pace with no competition between members.
What is functional fitness?
Functional fitness is a type of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities.It trains your muscles and prepares them for daily tasks by using movements you might do in your daily life. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine. For example, you could be lifting heavy weights in the gym, but when you go to pick something up, you throw your back out. If this sounds like you, it may be time to incorporate functional fitness training into your routine.
